    Month 1, 25-Year Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar

    • A quarter of a century of traditional aging gives this ultra-versatile condiment an intense, complex flavor. The pure wine must (unfermented grape juice) of white Trebbiano grapes is simmered in copper cauldrons, blended with older balsamic vinegar to help speed acidification, then aged in oak barrels to produce exceptional aroma and color.

    Month 3, Semolina x Williams Sonoma Pasta, Campanelle

    • To bring you this restaurant-quality pasta, we partnered with Semolina Artisanal Pasta in Pasadena, California. Crafted simply with 100% organic semolina and water, the campanelle is slow-dried for a slightly nutty, wheat-like flavor. The ruffled bell shapes have a porous surface that helps capture your favorite pasta sauce.

    Month 4, Altomena Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

    • This exquisite 100% extra-virgin olive oil comes from Tuscany's historic Altomena estate, where olives have been cultivated for more than a thousand years. Grown without pesticides, the Frantoio, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Leccino fruit is handpicked early in the season and immediately cold-pressed to retain its deep fruity flavors and the fresh and spicy aromas.
