Unfortunately, we do not guarantee delivery dates. We will process the order in 1-2 days, including drop-off to the USPS, but their delivery times vary. This is especially true during the holidays, when USPS delivery times are longer than usual. Please take that into account when making your purchase and electing your shipping method.

Yes! We do custom orders on our unframed matte prints only. We'd be happy to work with you on a design and get it to paper. We will gather your wishes, wants, and needs, and will collaborate with you until you have a piece you're very happy with.

Custom designs are $5 in-addition to the normal size pricing.

No, but most of the sizes we sell are considered 'American Standard Size' art prints. What that means is, you will be able to shop for inexpensive frames because the offered sizes are very common. Suggestions: Craft stores such as Hobby Lobby, Michaels, JoAnns all have inexpensive frames. Even IKEA has great options. And best yet, you're buying the frame that best matches your existing decor.

We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges on all PAPER print products because we process and ship those products ourselves. Refund requests due to customer remorse or due to lack of reading descriptions fully will only be processed based on return of paper prints at customers' expense.
***No refunds will be permitted for canvas prints or coffee mugs unless lost or damaged in-transit (after receipt of pics of damaged package and product). Otherwise, all canvas and mug sales are final, as our 3rd party processor does not give us refunds for returns due to customer remorse or error***
