Bode

New York-based designer Emily Bode has become something of a sensation for her decidedly slow approach to fashion. Inspired by her family’s love of collecting, Bode sources antique fabrics such as embroidered kimonos, Victorian quilts, grain sacks and bedlinens and transforms them, with the help of her team of skilled artisans, into one-of-a-kind garments filled with a poignant sense of nostalgia.
