I am so disappointed in this set. I am an avid Amazon shopper and first time buyer from Eagle Creek. Because of an upcoming international trip I found these and because of the great reviews I went ahead and purchased. Item arrived with one folder and one cube! I can’t believe it. Contacted manufacturer, doesn’t accept calls due to call restrictions to 844 number. Item also can not be exchanged for the exact same item only a replacement of something else from their website. All we ask is for you to advertise items that you actually have. We work too hard to not receive what we’ve paid for. Not a great first impression. I will take back the recommendation for this brand and no longer recommend this item to anyone. Will not purchase anything additional from Eagle Creek moving forward.

    I used to think this was a waste of money. Just fold your crap properly and it will all fit. Right?? WRONG! I am now a total convert. I just packed my husband for his business trip to Chicago. In one carry on bag (20"). Here's what I packed: 4 men's dress shirts, 1 pair jeans, 1 jogging pants, 4 t-shirts, 5 underwear, 2 business suits (heavy weight), 2 pair men's dress shoes, belt, toiletry bag, and 8 pair socks. I hung the suits in the garment bag side of the carry on, and folded the shirts in the medium sized shirt case using the folding template (included). The socks and underwear all fit in the small bag by rolling everything. Jeans, t-shirts and joggers fit in the medium with rolling although I folded the jeans and put them on the bottom.

    It's a relief to travel without having to worry if they will lose your bag and there was no way he could make it fit without these cubes. He started to pull out the bigger suitcase and worried about checking the bag. I told him I would pack for him. He was shocked at how neat and orderly it all was, not to mention how well it all fit. He even has a little room if he decides to bring something home for his wife. Just sayin'.

    I'll admit I was skeptical about packing cubes, but now that we travel frequently, I've come around. With your clothes in the packing cubes, when you need to dig around for something in your suitcase, you don't end up making a big mess of all of your clean clothes. Just remove the cubes, get your hair dryer out, and put the cubes back. Easy.

    Also, it's nice to be able to separate your dirty and your clean clothes by the end of a trip. Just consolidate your clean clothes into the remaining cubes and put the dirty ones loose in the suitcase. When you get home, dump the dirty clothes in the laundry and unpack the cubes back into your drawers.

    These packing cubes in particular are well-made. I bought this set to supplement a couple of older sets I already had. I like the big, flat one for formal wear. The other cubes haven't shown any signs of wear/tear, and the zippers are all perfectly intact. No complaints about the build quality at all. If you're in the market, these will do well.

    I bought these on a whim and wasn't sure if they were necessary for my 2-week trip to Europe in December. However, they are worth every penny! I bought a set for myself and another for my husband and during our trip, we were both thankful for them. They really save space and help keep things organized. I used the flat folder for dressier sweaters, shirts, and clothes. The bigger cube I used to roll up t-shirts, thermals, and sleepwear. I used the smaller cube for bras and underwear. My husband needed another big cube to organize his clothes so I purchased one separately. Not all of my apparel fit in the cubes. I packed my bulkier sweaters and jeans in my suitcase without an organizer but everything was still easy to find. I chose this starter set over the more modern and lighter Specter set because I liked how the zipper and cover design allows you to have full access to what's inside the cube.

    I also purchased the Eagle Creek Shoe Sac (one for me and two for my husband) as well as the 3-Piece Sac Set to organize electronic devices and random toiletries. For our trip, we each brought one 25-inch suitcase (Travelpro Marquis) and no carry-on luggage. We still had a good amount of room in each suitcase to bring back souvenirs and clothes we purchased overseas.

I was able to fit everything into a carry on backpack on the way to my destination. On the return I didn’t use them because I had received a travel bag and then needed both bags for everything.
    What I wish it had - instructions on how many of which type of clothes fits best and in what configuration in the bags. A handy one pager like the folding instructions so I don’t have to look it up online would be nice.

    LOVE THESE!!! Its amazing how you can fight the urge to buy something because you don't want to be "main stream" or it looks like a waste of time and money. I put off buying Eagle Creek Pack-It cubes for years. Literally years. I kind of wish I could go back in time and tell my younger self how these would revolutionize my traveling.

    I was able to pack for a three week (22 days) trip overseas in just my carry-on case. Yep....that's right! While I was selective with what I took I owe most of the accolades to the Pack-It Cubes. It was so easy to stack things on top of each other and keep like products together instead of having a mish-mosh of things floating around in my bag.

    They have held up remarkable well considering all the travel I do and I haven't had any issues with them. Oh and as a side note (watch out TMI ahead) my cat peed on one of them in a fit of rage one time, because of the material they are made of I was able to clean them with no problems!!

    I now use them every change I get, even if its for a little weekend trip they go with me.

    I have just used these for holiday and they are excellent, you pack items into the cube and then fire them into the case.

    My favorite bit is the garment folder which I used for my shirts, it has it's own folding board (essential a bit of plastic) which you fold your shirt around so everything is the same size and fits inside the folder. When I unpacked the shirts they were as unwrinkled as when they went in.

    My only gripe would be I thought the pack-it and half pack-it cube were a bit small.
