Huge Improvements Over Previous Model
After many years of use, I bought this better version of the One Blade. The previous one was great, but the new one is excellent! This one has a lithium-ion battery, and the previous one had a nickel–metal hydride. It now has more power and holds a charge much longer. There are also a few newer attachments that are great. This is the best trimmer for facial and body hair on the market. I have tried so many others, and this is the winner. There is a newer model, but I like these attachments and style the best. See my picture for the new one up close and the old one in the background. I HIGHLY recommend this product, and I am glad I finally made the upgrade.

I'm not really a fan of electric razors. I bought this more for trimming and maintaing body hair, which it does well.
I was surprised at it shaving capabilities, still not as good as a conventional razor, but far better than any other electric I've ever used. Definitely adequate when you don't have time or a sink for a typical shave. It takes some getting used to, as it shaves better on the upstroke, but without turning the handle.
As a beard trimmer it works well for maintaing lines and length, but only if you stay on top of it. I have a tendency to let my beard grow longer before I trim it. Once it got to long and heavy, it's just too much for this small trimmer, and I have to go to a more traditional clipper.
It really excels as a body hair trimmer. I'm a hairy guy, and like to keep it clean. I don't like shaving my entire chest, just to shorten the hair mostly, the guides work well for that. Take the guide off and it shaves almost razor smooth. The size and ergonomics make it very comfortable and easy to use. The slim long handle gives a bit of extra reach for those annoying patches of back hair.
The battery last me weeks between charging, though I don't use it daily.
Biggest criticism is the lack of a bag or a case. It seems like a well made, well thought out product. With so many small parts, it seems like a no brainer to at least include a bag for it all. Also it came with 2 blades but only one cover, so you can protect the spare or the head on the razor itself, while it rolling around uncased, and unprotected, in your drawer or travel bag. These blades seem very fine and delicate and likely won't last long unprotected, and they aren't cheap..
Luckily I found an aftermarket case on Amazon that works quite well, though it was pricey for what it is, so that's adds to the cost of the unit.
