Unfortunately this product never arrived and when I called customer service to ask them to trace the order or send another one out, they had sold out - really disappointed as wanted it for a special occasion :-(

Very disappointed poor quality

I own a lot of GHD products always been satisfied before. I found it quite difficult to use and got a few nasty blisters on my hands. Something do hog should come with protection. After the 3rd time I used them and I’d only had them a couple of weeks I went to unplug them and they slipped of the sofa onto the floor onto the carpet. They broke into two pieces. At £179 I would expect to be more robust. So basically I’ve just thrown all that money in the bin. I could have understood if I’d dropped them out of a window onto concrete but seriously GHD not happy with your product or your reply when I spoke to customer service. I have literally every GHD I saved for weeks to buy the Rise used it 3 times and now fit for the bin. They didn’t even care how flimsy it was or if the hot brush was defected in anyway. I will never buy GHD again.

Awful Experience - do NOT order

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed 2 separate orders for this product. The first one I did not receive due to stock issues and received a refund fairly hassle free - however there was nothing noted on the website saying it was out of stock. Then I later placed my order again - thinking they had stock because again, online the product was listed as normal. It’s been over 2 weeks, the order update states there’s issues with delivery and to contact sender. I have sent multiple emails to GHD and have had NO resolution, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I STILL have not received my refund for this. I wouldn’t recommend ever buying from this website, absolute rip off. Save your money, they’ll just steal it.
