I bought this in July 2024 and it’ll be in my refrigerator 3 of 4 seasons for iced tea. I find it easy to use and clean. It’s practical yet attractive for entertainment purposes. It was somewhat expensive but now that I have it, I consider it a long-term investment of quality vs cheap plastics and drippy open glass pitchers.

Love the product but it broke
The product was exactly what I looking for since I like to brew my own tea. It holds hot and cold liquid without an issue. The glass is thick enough, however, in my second use the top part broke. I was very disappointed because it is a great product, but the quality is not so good. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller, and a refund was issued. Really good customer service.
