This product is the BEST! I bought it initially a couple years ago and use it every single night. It's a weighed blanket for your eyes and so much better than a traditional sleep mask. It stays put all night long even when turning from side to side. It completely blocks out all light allowing for a better night sleep. Love this sleep mask as it is much more efficient and comfortable. They weight is perfect, and I dont wake up with sore ears. But after only a month of use, one of the seams between the final pod on one side has come undone. So all the beads from the middle pod spill onto the end when I'm wearing it at night making it uneven to wear. If I'm sleeping on my back it all pools to one side and there is no weight on my eyes. This is a wonderful product once they get the quality increased.

UPDATE: I reached out to the company directly since I was a day past my amazing return. They replied promptly and are sending me a new one!

It’s the perfect weight, made from comfortable material, and keeps unwanted light out. As a now permanent part of my bedtime routine, you’ll always find this on my nightstand (unless it’s in my suitcase while traveling). I couldn’t be happier with the Nodpod!

I recently started working night shift and this thing is an added staple that helps me fall asleep so fast. I don’t know what kind of magic or what science it does to me but i absolutely love this thing. It completely covers up any light as soon as I put it on. The weight of it is just right and it sits perfectly on top of my eyes. I use the container it came with as a storage for it and I have it set on my night stand. Im typically a side sleeper and if you set it up how the instructions tell you to, it typically stays on if YOU stay put. But if you do constantly move a lot, it might fall off your face unless you attach the ends on that little hole thing. I personally haven’t used that yet cause the moment I place them on my face, I am also gone. Love it. It worked for me. I’ve been using it since I bought it. And so far, I’ve had the best uninterrupted sleep. Best night time accessory other than black out curtains!

I ordered this because I realized how comforting it is to have a pillow or blanket partially over my head while trying to sleep, yet both were too big/bulky or just too much. This is the closest thing I could find for what I was wanting. It works well if this is what you’re looking for but did not do miracles for my sleep like some others have reported.

Pros: gentle weight is nice but not too much, blocks out light well and softens any sounds if you position it over your ears, soft material.

Cons: can be a little difficult to find the right position and keep it there, the loop to strap it on your head is a little inconvenient but I don’t tend to use it anyway, sometimes I feel like I wake up with drier eyes than usual due to the weight of the mask, price is a little high.

Overall: improvements could be made but if you’re looking for something specifically different than traditional sleep masks and want something that can cover your eyes and ears, this is worth a shot!

This is so cozy soft and comforting. It feels so lux to lay it on before going to sleep and I drift right off within minutes. Seriously! Without it, I tend not to close my eys all the way and it takes longer to relax and drift off. It blocks out the small light I leave on for hubs to be able to see when he comes to bed. I lay the end across my ears when I’m cold and it helps me feel warmer. I love that it will just slide off when I roll over and no longer need it. Other masks would make me hot and would frustrate me sometime in the night. It would make a great gift.

This is my second NodPod. I now own two. I can't sleep without my NodPod. I now own two because I hate to be without them. (one to wash, one to wear as it were) They have become the equivalent of a security blanket for my head. I have suffered from migraines since childhood. The search for any relief is an ongoing quest in the life of a chronic migraineur. I bought my first NodPod because I thought what could it possibly hurt to try? I am so glad I did. I am amazed that the four little weighted areas are so perfectly balanced as to give my eyes and my head the comfort I seem to need to find relief during sleep and the throes of an excruciating migraine.
The NodPod is perfect for blocking out light, it moves with me, there is no constricting around my head like there is with other eye covers and it blocks out all light while giving me that perfect balanced pressure that I seek to have on my eyes and head during a migraine. It can be put in the freezer without becoming as hard as a rock, although I just choose the "cool side" and it is comfortable enough for me. If I want it colder: (I put it in a freezer bag to keep it from picking up the smell of the freezer) I will put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Also: DO NOT PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE. IT WILL MELT.

Other migraineurs have asked me for my opinion or recommendations for this product, so here it is. Remember, however, that every person is different and responds differently to stimuli. This may be perfect for you, or you may have to seek something that works better for you. This is just my opinion, based on my experience. From my experience, this is an excellent product, well constructed, thought out, and useful for me.

This product has improved my sleep quality to a point, but there are key features that just don't work for me. As I get older, it's harder and harder to stay asleep, so I tried this. It's not really built for someone who tosses and turns and sleeps on their side AND on their back (like me). Because I toss and turn, I have to use the buttonhole thing to affix it to my head, but that places a fairly uncomfortable knot/clump of fabric at the back of my head. It's probably great for people who sleep on their side OR on their back, but not for me. I wish there were other closure options (like an elastic strap), because the product is otherwise lovely, and I love that it's machine washable.

I really like these and as an added bonus they make the room really dark! I do find them very relaxing and they stay on my eyes fine. If I turn onto my side I just adjust them. I don’t know if it’s because the room is darker or it’s the added weight and I can’t open my eyes, but I do find that I fall asleep faster. Would recommend for someone who has problems settling down at night not hardcore insomniacs.
