About this item
- CLASSIC LUNCH CONTAINER: Inspired by the 1950s-style lunch boxes, Stanley built this so working men and women have something tougher than a cartoon lunchbox and more functional than a paper bag. Carry hot and cold meals to the work site with this.
- TOUGH AND DURABLE: Stanley lunchbox is manufactured with 0.6mm SPCD steel for superior durability with single wall insulation. Sturdy latches and hinges are added to prevent anything from leaking or falling out.
- LARGE CAPACITY LUNCH PAIL: With 10 quarts of storage, this lunch box can feed an entire crew for a full day of work. It’s meant to be the working person’s lunchbox that can hold lunch, snacks, and fits a Stanley Insulated water bottle inside.
- EASY TO CARRY: Work is hard enough - that's why we gave this lunch box a top-handle that makes it easy to tote around. Measuring 10"x 13"x 6.5", this meal container can easily fit into a backpack or work bag.

The top fits my Stanley Thermos, towels to sit my coffee on & a few paper towels, for cleanup. The latch secures my thermos perfectly (although I had to use the correct size to fit snugly underneath the secure latch. I also had to figure out the latch properly, I thought at first try, it was broken. It wasnt.
The bottom half fits my 4.25" green Stanley staywarn coffee mug, the wider one with the handle and lid. I bought a special insertion for car coffee wells, that makes the wider coffee cup secure while driving. I just prefer my coffee in a mug resembling my home coffee). MiCoffee cordless Mini coffee bean grinder (love this too!), This lunchbox also my keurig 1 cup mini recepticle holder, which holds my 1 cup stainless keurig filter, (I removed it from my keurig - you can buy on amazon $9.99), my Coffee Bee Buddy pourover filter, my keurig 1 cup tiny paper filters, my 3 day supply of pregrinded beans, (no desire to grind coffee beans every day & then cleanup fallen grinds every day) , teabags & my daily morning vitamins & my Lugols iodine, couple drops in my black coffee. I like organization and not hunting for everything; since I dont eat breakfast until 3 hours after my black unsweetened morning coffee.
This little rattlefree Stanley lunchbox turned out to be an excellent space saver in my little rav4 minicamper, as I travel cross country. I'm going to get another, for my Hikers Cook Camp propane stove & supplies as well.
I dropped from a 5-star to a 4-star review for one reason only. After playing around with organization of it, for one week, I added a floresant microfibre cloth to the top and closed it. There, presented a flaw. There is a gap on the back of the box, because the lid seam was cut, in order for the latch to close properly, leaving it not air-tight.
Camper travelling, that can present a huge problem, due to attracting bug infestations or in bear country, unnecessary food scents. It also is a handicap flaw, since it allows moisture to penetrate; risking mold and rust to grow.
I'll be using my car window & door gap sealer, since I was going to buy it anyway to repair those on my suv. But, this is a flaw that Stanley needs to correct. All in all, I still will repurchase the second one in black, for a compact quick cooking kitchen.
