The product works to help relieve pain but my feet slowly move off the massage cylinders as they rotate. I read about this from another viewer and thought - User error. Well, that reviewer was right. ALSO, the netting on the foot placements is wearing off after maybe 40 times. Not good. Can't fix that. Once the netting is worn off, it's off. So buyer beware regarding these two points. Too bad, because it works but is a bit of a hassle and the netting is a problem.

I loved this product and my fiance loves it even more. It works perfectly, the heat is nice, and you can use it for a lot longer when not using the heat. Comfortable. A few things to note though on why I didn't give this 5 starts; only being able to use it twice for 15 minutes with heated is understandable but I wish I could use it for longer and that it wouldn't get so hot and maybe have a regulating system for itself to stop it from letting itself get so hot, it has to be turned off until fully cooled down. I also would like if it was a bit taller and more tilted so you can rest on a couch or chair while using it instead of having to sit up more or be conscious of keeping your feet placed.

Seems great. Like how it works with the reverse direction massage wheel nubs. Appears solidly built. Have had for 12 days since Nov 2 . HOWEVER! Tonight it stopped working after a half hour or so. And I haven’t over used it. Perhaps overheated and shut off? But I’m not in the Sahara desert. I’m in coastal southern California in November. Assumed it was broken. But after a half hour of being off I pressed the button and it now works again - in both the heated setting and the unheated setting. I have until end of January to return and will be watching for future shutdowns. Expect to send it back bjt we shall see. My confidence in its longevity has been shaken!

Update December 18. The foot massager continues to work great. Can't explain the one shutdown that happened a few weeks ago. HOWEVER - the mesh webbing is breaking down in the right heel area. It seems like cheap webbing similar to the webbing that New Balance and other shoe makers have had on the toe of the shoe. It camouflages the layer of white fabric underneath. But I see that below the mesh the layer of white fabric eems to be holding up fine. But still after about a month of reasonable use and being gentle with the unit, I'm concerned about longevity and will probably exchange for an identical one within the return period. None of the others in Amazon seem to be a better design so I"ll hope the next one has better materials or construction. The one priced similarly to this Nekteck seems like a weird design and is flat and not on an incline which I like about the Nekteck. Or Necktek. Or TechNek or whatever it is called. . I must say the rotating wheels themselves are solid and getting the job done.

I would take this in my purse with me if I could! Not only does this thing have a regular foot massager, it also has a heated foot massager!! When I get home, my feet are usually really sore and this is AMAZING!! The power button is easily seen and accessed with a glowing perimeter. If you struggled with foot pain or swollen feet at all, this will be one of the best purchases that you ever make! Like I said, I AM OBSESSED!

I should have bought this thing a long time ago. I have always known that I need regular foot massages. My feet are flat, they sometimes swell, and NOTHING feels better to me than a foot massage. This unit feels just like 100 strong finger tips trained in reflexology. I don't like my feet squeezed, I like them rubbed. That's what you get with this massager. I love that you can turn it on and off with your toe. It's super simple and basic. Other units have half a dozen buttons that you can't see unless you pick the unit up...or a remote that you are bound to lose. I keep this plugged in next to my couch and I use it every evening when I watch tv. I purchased this to help with my plantar fasciitis. It does help. It didn't cure me, but I believe that if I keep the kinks out of my feet and keep the lymph flowing, I will have fewer bouts of plantar fasciitis.

We have only had this foot massager for a week but it seems to be working fine. It's had light use a few times and does seem to be helping with sore feet. It's not as noisy as the previous example that we found at a thrift store (wore that one out). We can watch TV at a normal volume level with this new massager. If it lasts for over a year of regular use then I would consider it a reasonable deal.
