• You can send us your image by using the CONTACT SHOP OWNER button. After that, in the message you’ll see an ATTACH IMAGE button. Please send us with either JPGE or PDF file. It always a plus to confirm with us after your picture. Our team will keep you posted.

• We normally try not to limit your creation but will kindly take a close look at at your handwriting sample and let you know if it’s possible or if adjustments are necessary.

• We can custom with any language and any writing style/drawing.

• We are able to crop out any unwanted text surrounding the handwriting and we can even take individual words and letters and create phrases with them. 

• We can also combine multiple images of handwriting.

All items are handmade and customized with your custom request. We regret that we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours because we can't resell them to anyone. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue. Each situation is unique and we're always willing to work with you to find the best solution.

• BRACELET/BANGLE - We always recommend ordering a size that is .5 to 1 inch larger than your actual wrist size. We will provide a sizing chart for both bracelets and necklaces for reference upon request.

• NECKLACE – All sizes are in inches and the LENGTH = CHARM + CHAIN.

• RINGS – Please try to get your finger sized if you do not know your ring size. Any local jewelry store or department store can size your finger in a few minutes’ time. For any ring size conversion needs please refer to www.ringsizes.co for a conversion chart. We are welcome to send you our size chart upon request.

Jewelry are meant to be wearing every day. However, the more we care the better they are. We have a picture which should avoid for the lasting of your jewelry. So, please contact us if you have any questions.

If you'd like insurance, please contact us and we will let you know the price quote for your order. The shipping price will cost more when added the insurance!

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver your order. We are out of control how they will handle the delivery time and schedule. If an order is marked as “DELIVERED", we are sorry that we are not responsible for any lost. Please contact your local USPS about lost item/ unclaimed item with the provided tracking, they will help you to find your package.

LOST/ DAMAGED packages. If an order is marked as "undelivered", please contact us and we are happy to resolve the problem.

We don’t stamp 925 on ALL products. However we are proud to use the high quality Sterling Silver 925.
