Do you notice any broken or chipped pieces? If the plastic piece is fine slowly line up the grooves on the head and device and twist until you hear a click. Where's the cleaning brush? The pictures shown shows that there's a tiny brush to clean the device. I don't see it in my package.

We recommend cleaning the device after every use. -Twist head counter-clockwise and lift off-Empty any hair from the body of the unit by turning it over and gently tapping the sides-Use a cotton swab to clear out any excess hair-Place head back on unit and twist clockwise until it locks back in place.Was this answer helpful to you

Im surprised !! This little gadget really does get rid of unwanted fuzz. Ive noticed it shaves off fuzz better than thicker hairs. When I emptied the chamber and saw how much fuzz accumulated, thats when I realized this gadget works. The LED light isnt much help. But, its a nice extra touch if ...

I don't I would buy this product or recommend it to others.
It doesn't get all the hair and the jwaline is worse. Now my face and chin is full of bumps and irritating ingrown hair.

You get what you pay for;;; I suppose this would work on longer hairs. However, it does not work on short stubbles.
Disappointing
I'm 54 and needed something to tackle peach fuzz. Every time I use it, I notice that 1) The hair isn't completely taken off and instead, I'm left with stubly peach fuzz and 2) The hair that is leftover grows back very fast and is a bit thicker than normal. I'm going to try to return it.
LOVE IT
ive always struggled eith peach fuzz on my upper lip and aroubd my mouth area, abd this was the only razer that I LOVED. i use it twice a week when the hair grows back and have had not issues using it. i use it before my nightly skin care and then apply the products after i shave
