- ¹ Device performance and noise control features like Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency can be affected by debris or earwax buildup. Clean the device regularly to maintain performance and full feature functionality.
- ² Built-in heart rate monitor is intended for heart rate feedback during workouts and is available on compatible third-party apps. Refer to beatsbydre.com/hrm for compatible applications and instructions. Heart rate sessions will automatically start and end on iPhone but must be started by the user on Android. Heart rate monitor can be disabled in Settings on an iPhone or via the Beats app on Android.
- ³ Powerbeats Pro 2 are sweat and water resistant for non-water sports and exercise. Powerbeats Pro 2 were tested under controlled laboratory conditions, and have a rating of IPX4 under IEC standard 60529. Sweat and water resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge wet Powerbeats Pro 2. The charging case is not sweat or water resistant.
- ⁴ Testing conducted by Apple in September 2024 using preproduction Powerbeats Pro 2 units and software paired with iPhone 15 Pro units and prerelease software. The playlist consisted of 358 unique audio tracks purchased from the iTunes Store (256-Kbps AAC encoding). Volume was set to 50% and Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency were turned off.
- Testing consisted of full Powerbeats Pro 2 battery discharge while playing audio until the first Powerbeats Pro 2 earbud stopped playback. With ANC turned on, total battery life is 8 hours of continuous playback from the earbuds and 36 hours total with the case. Battery life depends on device settings, environment, usage, and many other factors.

Better, and worse, than AirPod Pro's!
Very solid, if you are a AirPods Pro user these Sound better (subjective), a bit bright and better bass Noise Canceling is 85% as good as the Pro's Transparency is 75% as good as the Pro's Comfort! You can't beat the Pro's for comfort.... until they fall out of your head. I can wear these for 4 hours straight and never think about one randomly swan diving to its death over a storm drain or toilet or disappearing under an airplane seat. YMMV but I don't regret this purchase, and I already have far too many headphones / earbuds.

Excellent sound quality, great for workouts
Absolutely loving the new Powerbeats Pro 2 earbuds. I was a bit hesitant getting these because of the negative reviews. I still gave it shot given all my prior beats models have been great and I am totally enjoying these. Battery Life, Sound quality & bass is excellent. Calls are crisp and ANC works great. Great for workouts due to their secure fit & does not fall off ears like my AirPods Pro do. Connectivity with iPhone 16 pro max is seamless. Overall great earbuds. I highly recommend and hopefully this review will help those who are interested.

Disappointed - left expecting more
Honestly, disappointed I had the first version as well as the AirPods Pro. My first version broke, which made me upgrade to the second generation. Compared to the AirPods Pro second gen, please don’t come anywhere close when it comes to noise, cancellation or clarity of sound (I ran the ear tip, fit test and pass) The only reason I’m keeping these is because I don’t want to ruin my AirPods at the gym. If you are looking for a new pair and already have the first generation, I wouldn’t recommend an upgrade unless something is wrong with the first gen. Honestly, I would rank these as $90 headphones nothing more.
