Zulay responded to my inquiry. After a brief exchange via messaging on Amazon app, they shipped out a new frother as well as a mini frother. Both are working great. They also wrote a handwritten note saying that their family run business appreciates my support and business. I updated my review to five stars because of their response and the new product working great.

I ordered the frother in November 2024. It worked well for the first couple months. Although it would bog down in heavy whipping cream. It is now the beginning of March and the frother is no longer working all the time. The button only works maybe 10% of the time, so I have to keep pressing for it to eventually start spinning. I reached out to the company and have not received a response. Poor quality product and bad customer service.

I've had this frother for awhile now and have routinely used it to make macha, coffee, tea and even protein supplements. Never did I have any problems with its mixing power, it has quickly and constantly blended smooth drinks with a layer of froth every time. Clean up is fast, it has a small sleek design and you can use rechargeable batteries so you don't have to worry about buying new batteries.
I had a problem with the button being very finicky to press since I first got it but not sure if it was due to shipping and eventually got to the point where it would only turn on sometimes at certain angles on the button. However customer service was very friendly and understanding, they quickly responded and gave a replacement together with a nice portable mini frother and a handwritten thank you card.
Simply put, given the price and quality of this frother together with the exceptional customer service, you will have peace of mind knowing its money well spent.
