Was skeptical of paying price for mask but after seeing it at store in Atlanta, was sold. Super comfortable and able to adjust easily for various family members. Extra eye shields are perfect. Love that it also covers neck and chest area without extra devices. Had to recharge after 2 weeks of using daily by two people. After just few weeks, face looks and feels so much softer. Will continue to use to see results after 30+ days. So far 10/10

    I hope everyone can do their own research and buy this mask :)
    I read many reviews and some of these masks that are being advertised on Amazon do not cover the nose, or have less options than this one. I am really glad I went with this one.
    I've had it for a few days but noticed improvements after the first default 9 min treament: the skin is much tighter, the pores have been reduced DRAMATICALLY (my pores are normally huge), skin feels smoother and less inflamed.
    I cannot wait for the long term results and very excited about the purchase!!

    After the third use.. the gunk and pimples came to the surface so something must have reacted below the skin to result in this .

    The massage was a positive surprise. Need to use it for 3 months at least for an accurate feedback but i couldn't wait.

    First use, can’t talk much about the lights. But the mask is heavy and the head massage is actually quite loud, not sure if I feel rested or more tired. Need to figure out if there is a light only option. Also the fact that you can’t have 1 light set up for 9 whole minutes and that you have to keep restarting every 3 minutes is not ideal. Will probably return and get a lighter one with no massage option.
