I used the Opalex conditioner and the shampoo after bleaching my own brown hair. This definitely took away the orange, and gave me a more yellow. I’ll probably wash it with this a couple more times to get the whiter (cool) color I want. I left both the shampoo and the conditioner in for 5-10 minutes.It did tint my hands and nails purple but both times, after I set my timer, I used my [dollar tree] acne face wash and it took it right off.

    I solved the problem by mixing half the blue shampoo with half Olaplex normal shampoo— on my hand before applying to hair, the result calmed down any brassiness without the Ash look.
