This cookbook certainly helps the reader through elevated, less processed, more flavor versions of those meals along with some palate broadening, new favorites.
If you lean more Midwestern and Americanized Italian in your flavor profile, this book is for you. (I categorized the recipes in this book, 45% Italian inspired, 29% Americana, and 24% Asian inspired.)
If you lean more Asian inspired or more adventurous, I recommend you pick-up 'That Noodle Life'. (I categorized the recipes in this book, 25% Italian inspired, 10% Americana, 46% Asian inspired, and 15% Innovative.)
If you want Italian pasta, and not Italian inspired, (where you learn how to make the pasta along with the sauce), then you will be more happy with 'Pasta Grannies'.
The recipes in 'Noodle Worship' are organized by regions they hail from, so it's much easier to locate a recipe quickly.

Extremely Delicious and Simple Recipes
I have been following @noodleworship for a while and was so excited when I found out they were releasing a cookbook. First recipe I made today was the Orecchiette w/ Bacon and it was off the charts! It was super easy to make and not time consuming at all. I can’t wait to dive deeper into the book and make more recipes. The recipe intros are very good and interesting as well. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves noodles and pasta, and wants simple non complex recipes.

I made my first dish from the book. It was the CHEESY BAKED MOSTACCIOLI and let me tell ya it was delicious and extremely easy to make. Great for the entire family and even better the next day! Recommended!!
