Cuts cake like butter!
I am so glad I took a chance on this knife. I used it for the first time a week after it arrived. It is very sharp, cuts cake like butter, and it cuts cake cleanly! It cuts so much better than my other thicker, more rigid Fat Daddio cake knife that I use for torting cake layers. The attached photo includes a shot of the cut cake.
