I bought this steamer after going through 2 models of a less expensive option (https://www.amazon.com/NanoSteamer-3-Humidifier-Blackheads-Stainless/dp/B01BPKUCRE).
My main motivation is sinus steaming, though I also like facial steaming for help with clogged pores. Right out of the box, this steamer is significantly better than the previous option for both sinuses and facial steaming.
1) It takes up significantly less counter space and (in my opinion) has a more appealing design.
2) It takes far less time to get the steam going, which is great for busy morning routines.
3) It produces a much greater quantity of steam at a faster rate, unclogging my sinuses faster and giving a much better facial.
Potential down sides: 1) It has a smaller reservoir than the previous model I tried, but I only steam for ~5 minutes, so a smaller reservoir is fine. (Also, I had mold problems in my last model, which I felt was partly caused by having such a large reservoir.) 2) It also doesn't have a towel chamber, but I didn't use that feature before in my previous steamer. 3) It doesn't come with blackhead removal tools or other add-on items.
Time will tell on whether it lasts longer, but it does have a much sturdier/well-built feel. Already, it feels like a superior product and I'm glad I spent more to get something significantly better.

Love this! Use it once a week. I work long hours as a nurse along with switching day shifts and night shifts so my skin can get tired. This treatment once a week hydrates your skin along with a nice oil like rose, Marula or Tamanu oil with two pumps of a hyaluronic acid and it’s perfection. Great add on to your skincare routine.
