Bought this book for my son while we were in the hospital with some serious issues. He is all better now, but this book was a hit from day one! Two months later, it is an everyday must. He loves to put the pieces in his month (his almost 8 months old and teething, what do you do you!?) but they are a hard felt and he can’t chew them up or swallow them. He loves all the pages to turn and things to do. Gonna buy another one just to have a back up. Helpful tip!! On the little animals, they are mini puzzles, don’t separate the pieces (until your babes is a little older but I don’t think I will even then.

A little assembly required: Velcro stickers for the shapes and the animals, zipper in the pages, organize the alphabet and numbers.
After we got back home, I bought one for my nephew who is a year older than my son. He and all his brothers love it too.
As I said, in the video, there are small pieces, but those are big enough where they cannot be swallowed for a little babies, and the alphabet and number pieces are difficult to get off the page for little fingers.
