Amazing carry-on and great for overnights!
I've had my eyes on Lo & Sons bags for a good long while and I was glad I was able to finally grab the Catalina Tote. This bag arrived and I was happy to see how solid the construction was from the choice in zipper pulls, to the details gone into the stitching and thought into creating convenience for travelers. First of all, the ability to unzip the back panel and slide it onto my luggage is super convenient. For years I've been traveling with a travel back pack, and it doesn't quite lock onto my handles as well as this does and flops all about. This is sold and stays put! Pockets all around, inside and out allow for accessibility and I greatly appreciate the "false bottom" from the shoe compartment to the upper compartment, that can easily be rolled up and snapped in place, to allow room for taller items, or more things, clothes, and goodies you may gain on your trip. It's the perfect size for 2-3 pairs of shoes (for me), and at least a few nights worth of clothing. It even works well for everyday and the key leash was a pleasant surprise because often times I throw my house keys in my bag, and hope they're still there later. I grabbed the Navy Camo color way to help differentiate the sea of black bags, that are synonymous with the airport traveler, but honestly, it's super subtle and not super trendy. I love the use of recycled materials as the fabric feels super thick, sturdy and is easy to clean too!

This is a very well made tote, although it’s smaller than I’d like to travel with. The camouflage color is barely visible, but that makes it more versatile to match other suitcases. The fabric is thick and durable, and it has many pockets and compartments. I like that it comes with an inner liner that gives it some form. This tote also is easy to slip over the telescoping handle of a small roller bag. This isn’t very unique in either quality or features to warrant this expense of a price tag, however.
