A: It lasts longer than 20 minutes. I use it to vacuum my stairs, couches, and dog beds every two days, and that takes me longer than 20 minutes.

Q: Why isn’t the suction very strong? It’s only strong if I place it flat on the surface, is that how it’s meant to be used? It also becomes weaker when I use the crevice attachment piece. Is this normal or is my particular product defective?

It didn’t handle my st. Bernard hair, even after I used the big vacuum. The bristles clog easily. If you have a dog that doesn’t shed or minimal hair. Sure.

Stopped working after 6 months and then by that point I couldn’t return it. It works great when it’s new, but then it stops working out of nowhere. Based on other reviews, it doesn’t look like I’m the only one that has happened to. If you decide to get this, get whatever warranty is offered.

I plugged this in to charge, and the light was stuck on red, which meant it wasn't functioning correctly. I called the 800 number and was on hold for a long time. so I'm just sucking up the loss to pay to return the item. Disappointed in the customer service and that this didn't work.

Highly recommended for quick clean ups of loose dog hair/clumps mixed in with piles of children's toys. Light weight easy to use and very durable. 17 min battery life is plenty of cleaning time to last a few days. Power light flashes red for low battery warning

Purchased in November and dead by March. Use this maybe once or twice a week to clear pet hair from sofas and litter around litter boxes. Cannot recommend this given it completely stopped working after less than six months.

Takes forever to fully charge and then only works for 30-45 min maximum. If I charge for 30 min- you get about 5 min worth of vacuuming. Not ideal. Does a good job while it's working which is why I'm still giving 4 stars.
