Q: why does it have a cancer warning?

A: We're required by law in the State of California to include the Prop 65 Warning. We include the warning in abundance of caution and to comply with this California warning mandate. Q: Does anyone else have the issues of it spraying everywhere when trying the K-Cup function? It works well for water but when we place a K-Cup in there it just creates a huge mess.

A: Even using plastic k-cups it sprays coffee grounds into your coffee cup. So disappointing that you can’t use that function on this machine.

I've had the Ninja DualBrew for a couple of years now, and love the versatility of it! It makes the perfect cup every time, it's low maintenance and very easy to clean. If you follow the instructions you won't have any splashing. I've never had that happen to me, and reading some of the comments it sounds like something isn't attached properly.

I've always had a good experience with my Ninja and Shark products, so when I had to replace my Keurig for the 2nd time, I decided it was time to switch to Ninja. I actually had already purchased a Bunn Coffee maker but wanted the convenience of single brew. I loved this coffee maker right up until thr point that it stopped functioning properly, at 1 year and 10 months. I have always descaled this machine as suggested. Now it constantly tells me to clean it. You cannot get past the cleaning function. So I go to make a cup of coffee and after a tbsp has brewed, it flashes "clean". It happens randomly (usually in the morning when I am getting ready for work). It is happening daily now and there no way around it. Running a cleaning cycle may seem like no big deal, but the process takes approximately 75 minutes. Who wants to wait 75 minutes EVERY DAY for a cleaning cycle? The warranty is only 1 year and from the reviews the life cycle is 18-23 months. I will not be replacing this with another Ninja. It seems as though their product quality has gone out the window. They won't even back it for more than 1 year. My Bunn (which is cheaper) is still completely functional.

I received this coffee maker for Christmas. It's great coffee maker except for the Kcup option. It always has coffee grounds in the cup. I think the holes are way too big. Otherwise, I love all the features.

I’ve been thru 3 of these in 3 years. It always seems to have to do with the k cup adapter and the water pump. Yes I live in a place where you can’t use the tap water in it. I don’t. Filtered water and regular cleaning. I won’t be replacing it this time.

I bought this coffee maker after shopping around and trying just about every big brand. I have to say there will never be the perfect one and done coffee maker for everyone, but this thing does it's job. I've read a lot of reviews about grinds in the coffee, spraying hot water. I've even tried to replicate what others have gone through just to find a reason to get rid of it. It passes every test. It's easy to clean and can brew a decent cup of coffee or a carafe in a small amount of time, I would have prefered a larger water resevoir but that's the most I have to complain about it. Ive now had it over a year and cleaned it several times and have no issues. I like the thing and it saves me time and effort. The k cup option words perfectly, i've never had grounds in my coffee, maybe people don't read instructions... idk.

This coffee maker was my first nice one, and it has not disappointed me. With this model, it can be so slim on the counter and not take up a huge space like others! The hot water feature also makes it so easy to have tea or other quick hot water without a kettle!

When I first got it I loved it, I loved that I could use both k cups and the pot. But not even a year in it stopped working, the brew button doesn’t work anymore and it’s a shame considering how expensive the brand is.
