It works, but...
I had never used kinesiology tape so naturally I was a bit skeptical. I used it on my knee and it really works. My knee felt good and stable. The only bad thing is that it only lasted one day. I put it on right after my shower so the area was clean, like it’s supposed to be to stick well. By the end of the night the ends were rolled up and it just kept rolling up until I finally just took them off. I wish it could’ve stayed longer cuz at this rate, i would use the entire box in one week.Update: after using for a few days, I took it off and it left an itchy uncomfortable rash. I still like the stability it provided for my knee but I wish it didn’t leave a rash. Not sure if it’s just cheaply made or if I just had a reaction to the tape.

    I’ve used a lot of k-tape. Initially, I was a little skeptical because of the price. But if you want tape you don’t have to replace daily, this is your solution. Admittedly, my usage for it this time is non-traditional. I’m doing tattoo removal and it requires you to keep the treatment area completely out of sunlight for two weeks post-treatment. I love how well this adheres to the skin, because I don’t have to swap it out every day. In fact, it was still hanging on well a few days later when I was ready to take it off. The rounded edges work much better, as they don’t peel up as easily. I will definitely keep getting this brand of k-tape.

    Works okay but I'll stick to KT Pro tape. The reason I gave this three stars was I really like hexagon design.I think it would be really helpful to someone new to taping. One of the biggest down side to this is all of the company's guides for taping uses the none pre cut tape. That being said I can't uses this tape because I had a bad skin reaction. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone swimming in a chlorinated pool. It started falling off in the pool and came off completely after exiting the pool. That was on day one after only having it on two hours. Tried it again with no pool had to take it off on day two. My skin broke out in a rash. I have used KT brand original and KT Pro tape. This is pretty comparable to KT original, with the strength of adhesive. I could only stand to have the KT original on for three days but never broke out in a rash. If you swim KT Pro is better it usually last 5-7 days for me.

I also had an allergic reaction to the adhesive. The precut strips were convenient but do not cut to a shorter length or edges will not stick. Maybe you’ll find it works better for your needs but isn’t for me.
