I am requesting a full refund for my stay in room 1406 on April 28th. Upon arrival, I found the bed sheets, pillow cases, and linens dirty and stained, raising health concerns. This compelled me to seek alternative accommodations. Please advise on the refund process.

This was a nice hostel that was closeby to SoBe, where most tourists tend to stay. The one thing the hostel could possibly change is to replace the bedsheets automatically for stays over 1 week automatically without request. Possibly every 5 days change it once or something. Another recommendation is to insuite filted water machine would be great. Otherwise the front desk and cleaners were really great and I appreciate everyone that was at my service here at the generator!
