I have not received this quality of service in a LONG time! I do not exaggerate in the least when I say that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the employees I interacted with from the moment my taxi driver parked in front of the place to when I closed the door of the ride at the end of my stay had been PHENOMENAL! It EASILY beat the (albeit excellent) services I received at the Four Seasons or the Ritz-Carlson back in the US. No place is perfect, but what was truly special about this hotel was that staff GENUINELY seemed to love being there! Even those who were not interacting with me. The building is gorgeous and will be of interest to anyone interested in architecture. It felt like we had transcended time and experienced the uniqueness of old luxury described in books (while still getting great wifi and other modern necessities). Needless to say, I will make this place the one I check out first when I return to this beautiful country.

Each corner of the hotel told a story, enhancing the charm and creating a unique backdrop for my entire visit. The dining options were spectacular too, offering a variety of dishes that were as delightful as the service. The location in Casco Antiguo couldn't be better for anyone eager to explore. It's super walkable, so I could easily check out more fantastic eateries and historical spots nearby. This hotel is a gem for anyone looking to dodge the typical city noise and dive into a place with a vibrant history and peaceful vibes. From the stunning architecture to the proximity to key attractions and the standout service, this place delivers a full package that truly justifies the price.
