Everyone at the hotel was friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. Dominic and Anderson, two of the bellhops and many others helped with our luggage and assisted us with room requests. The lobby is inviting with a roaring fire and for a king bed/petite room, it was perfect for two people. Will definitely stay at Hotel Chelsea when I return to New York.
