The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Service was phenomenal. Decor and vibe is lovely. Room was immaculate and well stocked with both complimentary and purchasable items. I had no surprise charges to my account as other reviewers mentioned. It was a seamless process and they thought of everything here, it was a pleasure staying. Location was also the best we could have chosen. Not being familiar with the area was a concern and I almost went with a pricier and not as “nice” hotel at Union Station, but were pleasantly surprised that is was a 5 minute walk to the train from Thompson. A ticket to the airport was $10 and ran every 15 minutes. We also walked to and from the hotel during the day/super late at night and felt safe. During our stay we had to hit a few retailers last minute and it was all conveniently right there. I read reviews before choosing this hotel and was a bit nervous that construction but that was a non-issue. We will be back when we come to Denver again!

The website clearly says they valet oversized vehicles. I even called a few days ahead to double check and they confirmed they DO vallet oversize vehicles. Upon arival they do not. I then stepped on a broken shard of glass in the “cleaned” hotel room. They offered nothing to compensate me.

This stay was a dream. From the aesthetics, walkability to Ball Arena and Union Station, to the complimentary champagne. The vibes were immaculate. We underestimated just how much comfort we needed on a quick weekend trip. Our only regret is not staying longer. But this delightful and affordable luxurious stay has raised the bar for all my other stays until the end of time. Kudos!

Our room was unfortunately on 2nd level and we could hear the noise from the restaurant & lobby, music etc. until about 2am on Friday and Saturday. Other than that, the property was amazing, very friendly staff, very accommodating. Would stay here again, but higher levels.
