The hotel is really cute, modern, the room was spacious, bed and pillows comfy, nice open bathroom, great staff and service, very convenient restaurant with good food downstairs, just a few steps away from millennium park, the Bean (cloud gate), the public transportation is just outside, very close to very good restaurants, main attractions, great stay, thanks

I did not like I was not able to get my breakfast sent to my room. They were short staffed in on site restaurant About last knife. So I had to come downstairs to order my food and come back downstairs to pick it up. I enjoy breakfast in my room during hotel stays.
