When I arrived I didn’t get offered any of the VIP offerings. Why list this hotel as we VIP ( one of the only reasons I booked it). Staff is extremely rude and does not provide accurate information.

The property was beautiful. The staff there were very nice and pleasant. The food was delicious and we enjoy ourselves. They provided us with transportation to see other parts of the island and we had a great time. We met a lot of nice people. This would be a great trip to relax and just enjoy life.

We booked a Luxe Lodge (Room No.8) which had beautiful views of the surrounding area, and which included both the Pitons. The concept of open plan rooms is wonderful but lacking in forethought. Primary reason is the main North to South connecting road which runs adjacent to the hotel. The traffic results in constant noise which you cannot shut out. Additionally, if you use the lodge we stayed in as an example, they are looking tired and in need of refurbishment. As for the restaurant, complimentary breakfasts were particularly good. However, dinners were average and expensive. Similarly, alcohol was overpriced. The excursions offered by the hotel were also exorbitantly expensive. We consider that due to the sale of the Hotel Chocolate brand to Mars, there is low morale and motivation among the staff due to a lack of management. The assumption being that previous management have gained employment in alternative establishments.

This place is TERRIBLE! Don’t stay here. Charge you for a King size bed and give you a full. No AC, gross place!
