1) The Bed had crumbs in it. Obviously not cleaned. 2) Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a table in restaurant. Waited a further hour for food. 3) Maitre-D did not know how to charge meal to room. 4) Waitress completely ignored a guest but took orders from others at the same table. 5) The mini-bar was not refrigerated - a necessity for my wife who needs to keep medicine cold. 6) The overall experirnce was fraught and chaotic.

We had excellent service. I felt pampered. The room was clean, large and overall it felt luxurious. The location was close to everything we had an interest in including the Alamo, the river walk, shopping and many excellent. I would definitely go back to this property.
