We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is our go-to when in Downtown Seattle. Great location and good prices for a boutique hotel. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is we had a billing issue and was promised a prompt call back from the manager since the front desk/billing couldn't figure out. (at check in the bill was supposed to be split between 2 credit cards & wasn't...and was overcharged) Never received a call back. We've always enjoyed our stay there regardless.

This hotel was conveniently located two blocks from the University st. station and a stones throw to Pike Place Market. I have been to Seattle many times and value being in a central location. It was nice being so close to Pike Place and Capitol Hill was very walkable. The hotel itself is very modern and the aesthetics are amazing. Shout out to the front desk for great customer service and attentiveness! I was able to text the hotel with questions while on my trip and they were so responsive. I inquired if the room had a refrigerator because I bought salmon at the market. They promptly told me there wasn't one, but they could bring one up. Within five minutes someone was knocking at my door. I was getting water from the dispenser in the lobby and the lovely girl at the front desk asked if I wanted to bring up a bottle. A for effort! I think its the attention to detail that can make the entire travel experience.
