The property and location were heavenly! The service and staff were professional and every detail was impeccable. Mekong restaurant was phenomenal and breakfast as well. The Spa was one of the best, desert voyage was once in a life time experience - generally speaking, a perfect place! Only suggestion is to have more dining options and room service food was not edible.

Everything was unique about this place; the property, the staff, the service, the hospitality, simply everything. The manager is exceptional and his kind spirit is reflective in all his staff, we were taken care of as if each one of us was the only guest. Most of the staff was very lovely!! Was really Not convenient for food especially vegetarian meals unfortunately Had some issue but management tried to fix it! Our stay here was wonderful! The staff truly went above and beyond to help us during our stay (Kadhija, Ahmed, and Mohammed were especially helpful.) The grounds are beautiful and there are many amenities. Our room was especially comfortable. The food was good, and our complementary breakfast was delicious.

Amazing!
Everything was perfect, great service very kind staff, i’ve enjoyed the basketball court and the fact that you can find bikes to ride everywhere. It was a great experience and this is by far the best hotel in Tunisia.
