Nice enough, but not exceptional. I went because it had very high ratings but it simply isn’t exceptional. Room was comfortable enough - about average for its class - service and food were very average. Breakfast was a limited, average, and repetitive buffet. Small room that filled up quickly so no place to sit some days. No perks, just nothing very special. At that price point there are very good hotels nearby.

The staff are exceptional. Rangiroa Tuki is an excellent concierge. He was extremely helpful in securing tours to Santa Rita winery and Valparaiso. This boutique hotel is centrally located with restaurants two blocks away. I highly recommend this hotel.
