Two out of three mornings the coffee machine on my floor (six) was dysfunctional, and the third only one of the two units would make anything- ristretto. In three days, the housekeeping never brought a second roll of TP. The hotel charged a ridiculous $25 "destination fee" not mentioned when I reserved. Valet parking was more than any large city I have stayed in- $55 per night, and on departure it took almost 25 minutes to get my car. The front desk staff and drugstore staff and bar staff were all capable and a pleasure to work with, but the bar had a very limited selection of rums. I very much liked the soda machine at the coffee station and the availability of a good sized freezer below the ice bin.

Cute trendy boutique hotel, close to all the action! Service just ok. During check in, gal just handed over the keys, no additional conversation. Tried to check in early as our flight landed at 6am. Gal was very helpful and told us to come back at 11 and would waive the early check in. At 11 they told us there would be a $100 fee. Finally at 2 we were able to check in. Didn’t have much interaction with the gal in the afternoon, she just handed over the keys and I was too exhausted to ask about amenities and vip access. Then at checkout the gentleman said there was a resort fee charge. I told him about the vip access and that he needed manager approval. I’m all about customer service and there just wasn’t any. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and so close to everything.

The property was perfect located within walking distant to downtown. The hotel is beautiful. We used the roof top bar,, had dinner in the basement and enjoyed the main floor bar. Would night recommend and would certainly go back.
