I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

Unlike what is mentioned in the description there is no self parking,the Rooms are not that clean and they do not clean them as they should, nor do they replace used glasses, and no hangers in the room. Sehr schönes Hotel mit Ausblick auf Dubai Downtown - tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool und Restaurant. Leider war zu unserem Aufenthalt grosser Baulärm vom Nachbarn zu hören. Das Hotel hat sich aber sehr grosszügig gezeigt und uns entsprechend entschädigt. Bester Service den ich in Dubai je hatte. Sehr empfehlenswert - unbedingt Sicht auf Down Town buchen - die andere Seite ist nicht so attraktiv.
