Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us we will find the best way to solve all issues!
If you decided to return your order:
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within14 days of delivery
We don’t accept returns of:
- custom and personalized orders
- items were in use or damaged
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds could be done only after we receive items back.
Refunds
We refund the total amount if there are issues with the quality of our products.
If you decided to make a return because of any other circumstances, we accept such returns but our shipping expenses will be held based on a product category (the amount for each item):
Dresses, Overalls, Outerwear, Towels – 15 USD
Playsuit, Shorts & Pants, Tunic & Tops, Bonnets&hair accessorise – 8 USD
Playmats:
- Standard size – 15 USD
- Large size – 25 USD
- Bed hanging canopy – 45 USD
Other items from décor category – 10 USD
Please note: We don’t refund any local taxes which were paid.
Incorrect address / unclaimed packages
All returns because of incorrect address or unclaimed packages (not picked up) will be refunded excluding the shipping costs.
We will ship such packages again after re-delivery cost paid – this cost is equal the cost mentioned in Refunds article.
Lost parcels
Your parcel will be considered as lost if it isn’t delivered within 40 days after we'd sent it. Please inform us and we will start an investigation procedure.
Basing on your decision we will prepare new items or refund you an order cost.
