I had a can of the old Brasso that I have used for many years. I finally needed to replace it, and was reluctant to buy the "new" Brasso because of all the bad reviews. Since it wasn't expensive, I decided to try it anyway. To my complete surprise, it worked far better than the "old" Brasso did for polishing brass. To be fair, this may be because MY old Brasso was very old; perhaps the compound changed, or there was some evaporation, or something similar. I can only say that the "new" Brasso did a great job polishing several brass plaques that had not been touched for decades (literally). It took much less time than I had expected. The material dispenses as a paste, is easy to use, and quite effective. I am glad I bought it!

Wow completly restored 100 year old door knobs!
Ok so I'm not much of a reviewer but I thought this product was more than worthy. This was my first experience with brasso. We recently bought a house built in 1933 that has the original brass interior door knobs skeleton lock style. So I'm not much of an antique guy but thought the skeleton locks were cool so decided to keep them and just clean them. Obviously I am the first owner of the house that had this idea and man was it worth it. To my surprise this product actually made these look brand new u wouldn't know these handles are a 100 years old. Love this product wouldn't hesitate to buy more from this company.

This is great stuff and it works amazing. The only downside I have is the smell started to give me a headache. It really cleaned up my Louis but it did seem to dry out the leather around the area I cleaned so I grabbed my leather conditioner and gave it a good condition so I'd recommend a good conditioner if you are using this on one of your favorite handbags.
