These have shaken my once high opinion of JLab products

I shelled out the 100 for another set of JLab earbuds, as my last pair were phenomenal. This pair was also great, to start. The touch controls and gestures are great, the sound quality is also great, volume is somewhat lacking, but overall good. The issue came in with build quality. The small circle pieces covering the speakers came out when changing earbuds tips, I worked around that, simply had to take care to keep them clean, which was no issue as I take care of my things. The biggest letdown however is the left earbud hook literally FELL OFF of the earbud. These earbuds were not stepped on, sat on, smashed, exposed to wild heat or cold, I'll be reaching out to Support to see if they can honor their warranty, as I'm sure they will, I've been a long time JLab supporter and I know their quality to surpass the experience I've had with these particular headphones.

Sound good, but a little too small

Great sound, good features with the app. Unfortunately though, they seem to be a bit too small for my ears. If the arms where adjustable in a way that they can be extended about an eighth of an inch they would be perfect. I've run into this problem with other earbuds from other brands, so this is a me problem, not entirely a brand problem. Otherwise, good purchase so far!

Great earbuds

I like these earbuds they are comfortable and do not fall out of my ears. The sound quality is superb, however I left off one star because there are still some features I'm having trouble using. I hope maybe some updates will fix this, but as of now they work well and provide my ears with good sound while staying put. Which is what I was aiming for!

What’s the difference between this product and the sports anc 4?

Epic Sport 3 has hybrid Dual Drivers and LDAC/High-Res support as well as the auto play pause sensors.

I would love to see a list of some of the innovations made on this version? I have a previous version of theses, I believe the ANC1, and they are great but there were issues. Most recently the ear loops broke and I had to glue them. I hope they were made more resilient and the dirt screens were make more fixed.
