This helps for back pain but..
i have to sit for minimum 10hrs daily as all my day to day work is in computer.U always get back pain and neck pain, so when i was researching in internet i came to know that Ergonomic chair is the solution for that.So decided to order this and spend more money as i dont have any option but to try different things to be able to sit for longer duration and do my workwithout any pains. But i was wrong, i am able to sit on this for shorter duration like 1-2hours but not longer hours like 3-4 hours even with taking breaks in btw.as in these types of chair our body weight mainly falls on shin part of the leg and it starts paining at the shin of the leg but i dont get back pain in this as not much weight falls on my back part.. if you have stronger legs may be you wud be able to sit even longer i guess but for me, not able to sit longer durations, so i am rotating btw regular chair and this chair every hour.This chair in itself is fantastic, it is as described in the website with good quality. But overall the concept of ergonomic chair is not for sitting longer durations i guess. This is my opinion, may be other may feel different. Thanks.

Was looking for an alternative to my deckchair as I spend a lot of time working at my desk and my back starting to get sore and stiff. I am glad I found this kneeling chair as not only is it well made and very comfortable but my back already feels better a week of use. It allows me to naturally sit in a more ergonomic position which has helped with my overall sitting posture.
A great alternative to a traditional deckchair!

It was relatively easy to assemble and the only thing I needed to get was a 2 inch desk lift to make my desk a bit taller as the Vilno kneeling chair sits a bit higher then my normal chair.
I recommend this chair regardless if you have back issue or not at it is very comfortable making sitting at a desk for a long time very easy!

I have sciatica in my leg and struggled sitting all day for work. This chair offered a lot of relief. I really like it. With my sciatica, I get flare ups pretty much anytime I’m sitting at a 90 degree angle for an extended period of time, so I love this chair because it adds a little more space. Even with it, I can’t sit for a long time without getting uncomfortable. I love that it rocks because I can move my back while I’m sitting, so it doesn’t get stiff. It does leave scuff marks on vinyl wood flooring, just as a note. The main complaint I would have about using it is that since there is no backrest, it’s really easy to hunch because it takes a little more effort to sit properly. In theory, that’s supposed to help strengthen your core and force you to fix your posture, but I don’t find that to be the case. I have a back support brace that I wear sometimes, and if I’m wearing that while using the chair, it’s a perfect combo.

My chair was delivered without all the proper holes drilled. Please see the picture of the back of my knee rests. One has the holes for attachment and the other does not. This is an absolute waste of money and unusable.
