My teeth were whiter after just one use, however, it did make my teeth sensitive afterward.  I plan to use Sensodyne toothpaste to combat the sensitivity.

When I'm consistent with using these strips, my teeth look GOOOOOD. They are bright and white without looking blue (you know when teeth are overwhitened at the dentists' office? Yeah, like that). I get comments about how white my teeth are pretty often thanks to these bad boys :) the picture is not edited or filtered at all! That's how good these strips are!
