      I highly recommend this product the Apple iPhone 15 pro unlocked renewed premium. Came without scratches and looks brand new. I wanted to buy a brand new but could not find anyone that had it in stock. My only complaint is with the Pro Camera. I am a professional photographer and find the settings more difficult to learn then the Samsung phone cameras (I've owned 3 other Samsung's). The camera isn't that user friendly and doesn't follow formats of any of my brand digital cameras that I also own and have owned in the past. It doesn't have easy to find pro settings like the Samsung S20 etc with shutter speeds.

      BUT now I have peace and mind owning an iPhone. No more hacks. Iphone's have built in safe guards that Samsung does not plus a much longer period of updates than iPhone. You get what you pay for as the saying goes.

      Plus one of the biggest is customer service. I have learned over the years that with Samsung you only get overseas customer service when calling BUT iPhone you get Americans etc. 100% better in my book. I'll only buy Apple from now on in this hacking scamming world we live in. So sad. And no I'm not a bot or AI.

All features work. Updated iOS to latest version (18.2.1) before transferring data from old iPhone to this new one. Transfer went smoothly. Getting the new iPhone to replace my old one on Verizon took awhile since the MyVerizon app was unsuccessful in getting an eSIM for the new unlocked phone. The old phone had a physical
      SIM chip. Had to call Verizon and get them to manually gen the eSim and activate the line. Anway, it all worked out and the new phone works great. Very satisfied. I would definitely buy Amazon Renewed Premium items again.

      this phone description says it has dual sim , but it doesn't even have a single one, i was so upset when i tried to find a sim slot and there isn't any, what an inconvenience and waste of time , i just lost my trust on ship and sold by amazon.
      news update 12,25,2024. with all this wrong info about this item in its description i was told to return this item and ones amazon will receive it then give them a call and we will give some compensation credits to you for this inconvenience, today amazon received the phone and i called them as they told me to do, they straight forward refuse to stand on there words refuse to honor what they said earlier.

      This is the 2nd "Renewed-Premium" phone I've bought from the Amazon Renewed store. I prefer buying from Amazon vs other sellers due to the generous warranty and return policy.

      My phone arrived in the generic renewed packaging which is fine. It seems to protect the phone well so it doesn't get damaged during shipping. It also came with a nice feeling, braided style, USB A to C cable.

      The phone itself is in pretty good condition. There are a couple barely visible nicks on the side and back, but nothing major. The screen looks pristine - there are no scratches at all. The battery health is luckily still at 100% and the phone is still covered for a little bit under Apples factory warranty too.

      My only (very) minor gripe is I can tell the previous owner used some sort of adhesive cover around the cameras. They have been removed but there is still a little adhesive residue around the lenses. I can get it off, but since the phone is supposedly inspected and "renewed" it would be nice if that was already done.

      Overall though, I'd recommend. I will be looking at and using Amazon renewed products again in the future.

      In the past I’ve used Amazon’s Renewed program and would say was please with it. Of course tho when looking at something triple the price like an IPhone I got a bit more hesitant. I went ahead with the purchase as the Renewed Premium tag made it feel safer. After recovering the phone I can say 100% this was a great choice. This IPhone was pretty much brand new. Mine came with 100% battery life which is actually surprising since the phone is a year old but perhaps it was actually never used. So if you’re thinking about getting a renewed premium iPhone I would 100% too. I mean I was able to save 100$-200$ or so.

      This is the first time I’ve bought a “renewed” item. I have to say I have been very pleased with it. I did go with a premium rating, so it looks just like a new iPhone. It was unlocked so it was easy to set up with my provider (Consumer Cellular) and I was able to get one that has a lot of storage.
      The one thing I didn’t like, is it didn’t come with a cube to plug in the new cord that has a C connection. I should have been aware of this since my prior iPhone also didn’t, but I had prior plugs that fit the old connection. This seems to be a common complaint with iPhone. I do think that when they come out with a new connection, they should, at least, with the 1st generation, provide a plug.
