The size of the mattress is as described in the listing and works great for my child. The memory foam is very soft and easily bounces back to its original shape after sitting or laying on it. I was slightly disappointed that after opening this product I already noticed snags in the stitching in a couple of spots. I know this can be covered with sheets which is what I’ll do, but still was a disappointment.

    So far, I love it! The bottom of the mattress is a little grippy and the mattress doesn’t slide on my frame. Love the quality casing that comes off for cleaning. Feels supportive. Solid quality. Good choice.

    We got this mattress after doing some research on supportive and affordable mattresses. It has been 2 years now and I am still in love!! It has stayed supportive and in peak condition the whole time.

    Typically, I like a soft mattress, however they always end up sinking and not being supportive. This mattress hits that sweet spot of support and comfort. It does a great job of isolating movement, when my husband rolls over in the night I am not getting shaken awake.

    I would highly suggest this mattress if you were considering it and have encouraged family to also purchase!

    All of my dads side of my family (including myself) suffer from chronic back pain, we're also mostly above 6' tall (I'm 6'6 lol) and have struggled with severe pain since I was a kid. Growing up, and until now I had typical hybrid mattresses with coils and whatnot. My neck, shoulders and back would all be stiff when I woke up. Not with Casper. It's an absolute game changer if you struggle with pain or sleep in general. The top layer is extra soft for your pointy bits, but is still extremely supportive. I've never experienced this much comfort in a bed before. It costs a pretty penny, but in my opinion, it's worth every cent.

    *It is on the softer side. So if you prefer a stiffer mattress I'd recommend going up a level.

    There are many reviews that say this mattress is soft but it is definitely firm. I prefer medium and saw people said there’s a good flexible bounce atop a firm base so I thought I’d find that happy medium here. It is comfortable for side sleeping- my shoulder sinks in enough but I roll onto my back in the night and I woke up with a stiff lower back because the firmness around my hips didn’t allow them to sink in enough. I’m a lightweight sleeper so if you’re a heavier sleeper this might not be a problem for you, but it was so stiff for me that it caused pain. I’m not really someone who feels pain from a mattress easily either. I kept the mattress, however, because it is in fact so structurally sound, and added a 2 inch memory foam topper to reduce that stiffness.

    Just received this mattress today. I chose the Casper by the reviews. I didn't want a cheap mattress by a brand I've never heard of. I don't mind the price point for a name brand one. As soon as I opened it, it expanded right away. I laid down for a few. Seems pretty comfortable to me. I have a bad back. Hopefully this helps. I don't notice any bad smell as others have stated.

    It’s been almost 2 months so that adjustment period is over (thank God) and I actually stay asleep throughout the night now. I initially experienced terrible back and neck pains in the first month but I’m pain-free now with virtually no tossing and turning according to my Fitbit. I find I’m most comfortable sleeping on my back, this could be due to the cold weather stiffening up the foam material causing it to be firmer than what it will be in the summer. There wasn’t a weird smell or off-gassing when first unwrapped, but I wanted to let it expand for 24 hours as this is crucial with memory foam mattresses. No sagging, no indentations, no complaints! And the Black Friday sales price was amazing. Such a steal.

    Had this mattress for about a year without issue. It was decent to sleep on, nothing super fantastic, but definitely not painful or uncomfortable. Then I spilled some soda on the bed, so I unzipped the mattress cover to throw it in the washing machine. What was supposed to be a convenient benefit of this mattress turned out to be my worst nightmare.

    There's a fiberglass layer used as a fire retardant just underneath. It's supposed to be kept safe from spilling out in a "fire sock" but over time this can apparently wear out and the fiberglass will break apart inside the mattress cover. These shards are very small and if you don't have a light pointed at them, very easily missed. By the time I realized, I was already going to put the now "clean" mattress cover back on after pulling it out of the dryer.

    Fiberglass in my washer and dryer, all over my bedframe, the walls, the floors, my clothes, curtains, pictures, carpet, everything you can imagine, I found fiberglass there. It's in the air and been circulating around my house.

    I've gone through hell for a week trying to clean it up, breathing this stuff in, had to buy special equipment and I'm still struggling to get it all.

    NOWHERE is fiberglass mentioned in the description on Amazon for this mattress, and the manufacturer doesn't just go out of their way to give up this information when asked. Google search Casper mattress and fiberglass, I'm not the first person this has happened to, and won't be the last. Can it be okay as long as you don't take the cover off? Maybe, but do you really want to risk it? There's probably going to be a class-action lawsuit over this, run away! Get something without toxic materials if you can, I'm switching to a Nolah mattress myself.

    Look no further, I would have to say this is the best mattress of all of Amazon has to offer. I've been through a few myself. And different products through them and regretted every single One of them pretty much until this one The Casper has nothing to lie about when it says medium. It is a real medium which is perfect. I was looking at stuff. That said that they were really firm beds hard even cause of my back and our weight that it wouldn't just destroy And after Spence sing thousands of dollar and going through tons of companies on here doesn't compare to this one.. It is the best. I've had it over a year now. And it's still brand new, not a dead.     I purchased this product at the beginning of December 2023. It is now the beginning of July 2024. The mattress is sagging in the middle and it is the most uncomfortable product I have ever purchased. This mattress is so hard it does not contour to the body and I have hardly slept since my purchase. ii wanted to give it a considerable amount of time before reviewing. I requested a refund as it is still under warranty. The centre has sunken so much it is not in a useable condition.. I have been denied this refund or replacement. WHY??
