1. Paperless statements are required to avoid a paper statement fee.

2. Each item or transaction (other than non-PIN debit card transactions) which results in a debit or credit to the account is considered a separate "item," including each check, paper draft, deposit, item deposited, wire transfer, electronic withdrawal or transfer and PIN-based transaction.

3. First 100 items processed per statement period are free. Each item in excess of 100 per month is $0.50 per item. Items include all debits, credits and deposited items.

4. Free coin and currency processing up to $5,000 per statement period. Deposits in excess of $5,000 per month are subject to a fee of $0.30 per $100 deposited. Other account and transaction-related fees may apply.

5. Avoid the monthly maintenance fee by maintaining an active First Citizens Merchant Services account or an open and active First Citizens Business credit card in good standing, or maintain an average daily ledger balance of $25,000 for Business Banking I, $50,000 for Business Banking II or $75,000 for Business Banking III.

6. First 250 items processed per statement period are free. Each item in excess of 250 per month is $0.50 per item. Items include all debits, credits and deposited items.

7. Free coin and currency processing up to $10,000 per statement period. Deposits in excess of $10,000 per month are subject to a fee of $0.30 per $100 deposited. Other account and transaction-related fees may apply.

8. First 500 items processed per statement period are free. Each item in excess of 500 per month is $0.50 per item. Items include all debits, credits and deposited items.

12. Service fees may be charged by the third-party ATM operator or owner, or by the network owner for transactions at non-First Citizens ATMs. For transactions initiated outside of the United States, the fee will be 3.00% of the transaction amount.
