My wife and I ordered a tread last October and had issues after 2 months. The tread was not working and we were pretty upset. I love this treadmill!! I use it almost every day, and have had it for about four years now! I love the instructors & classes, there are different options that you can do while running/walking….watch Netflix or listen to your own music while viewing a nice scenery. But most importantly, it works really well and is very smooth and sturdy. Highly recommend!
