    I use mines with the Katadyn water filter, as the straw fits perfectly onto the Katadyn water bottle allowing for a double filtering of water...I used my first straw to filter a bottle of coke; and taste was 180 degrees better, but, unfortunately, because of the syrup & sugar from the coke, the straw lasted about a week thereafter, which was to be expected 👌😎Now, I purchased my second one, and it will be used with the Katadyn Be Free only 👌😎👊

      This thing saves me so much weight and space for carrying extra water when I go trekking. I would always recommend to go where there is higher altitudes (mountains) and a flowing river of water so it isn't stagnant, which makes drinking water much more safer. Search up a video how to preserve this thing if you aren't using it for more than a week! You seriously need this if you are carrying alot of stuff :)
