In the Heart of Amagansett

Amber Waves is celebrating 16 seasons as a community farm in downtown Amagansett. With 30 acres under cultivation, Amber Waves Farm grows more than 500 varieties of 60 crops including vegetables, herbs, grains, and cut flowers. You can find our products and produce in our market, kitchen, CSA, at local food pantries, and select local restaurants.

Market & Kitchen

Housed in the old Amagansett Farmers Market, the Amber Waves Market offers a robust selection of locally produced artisanal foods and fresh produce alongside must-have pantry staples. Our kitchen is open daily from 8-2, serving up espresso, fresh juices, pastries, and a seasonal menu of in-house specialties made from ingredients grown right out back.

Amber Waves Awarded Snail
of Approval

On Friday, June 30th, the Slow Food East End team represented by board members, Maria McBride, Robin Tyson-Stoehr, and guest leader, Nicole Sinning, gathered at Amber Waves in Amagansett, NY to award owners Amanda Merrow and Katie Baldwin the Snail of Approval.

The coveted Snail of Approval (SoA) is granted to businesses internationally that embrace the principles of Slow Food, promoting the ideals of good, clean, and fair food. This esteemed award brings attention to outstanding food establishments that excel in multiple areas, such as sourcing, environmental impact, cultural connection, community involvement, staff support, and business values.
