      Love the sound quality and ease of use. These helmet speakers are great with any helmet. I use them for skiing, mtn bike riding and while riding my motorcycle. Clear crisp sound which sets up via Bluetooth. One consideration is that they do take up a bit of room in the helmets so make sure your chin straps on your helmets have enough adjustment length to compensate. So happy with this product.

      I have only used these for one day of skiing so far and they're exactly what I expected. They fit well in my Sweet Protection helmet (a little pressure on my ears) and provide reasonable sound quality as long as I remember these produce very little bass. My priority was the ability to perform actions like pause/play or answer a call without pulling my phone out of my pocket each time and without removing my gloves. I can't speak to durability but battery life seems good so far and I have had no connectivity issues with my Pixel 9 Pro XL. Four stars because I really do think a better quality driver could produce better sound even in a helmet ear pad. They're also a bit expensive for what they are.

      Had to return because they're too bulky: pressing on my hears inside my helmet. There is a lot of functionality, with the buttons, though they're hard to press with mitts on. Sound quality is way worse than I was expecting for the price point.

      Everything aside from the connectivity seems like it's suffering from a ski product markup. I'm having better success with earbuds running under my balaclava and the little control piece/mic sitting on my neck.

      The sound quality is not good. Even if the product was cheaper, the sound quality would still not be worth it. Also, when you plug in the device to charge, it is finicky and doesn’t charge easily. Also, for my Smith helmet, the charging port is on the wrong side. For the price I would expect a lot more. I will try a different brand for a while until they figure out their products.

      They need to more clearly state in the description that you must use an older USB-A charger connected with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. I recently found I couldn't charge it. I tried several cables and couldn't get it to charge. I gave up and ordered a different brand. Then, I read some old reviews that clarified why there was an issue. Perhaps for version 3.0, they'll change this so it charges with more up-to-date cables and chargers. Sound quality is decent and deals well with cold conditions. But they need to fix the charging issue before I buy or recommend it again.

      Can’t be charged from a standard USB-C cable. A bit of a joke they didn’t bother to follow the USB-C specifications in their design so you will need to carry a separate brick and cable just to charge these and can’t use your other usb-c chargers. Sloppy design.
