Bring a manual where it explains how to use it for greater use, you can install the app on your phone and follow the dental cleaning steps there.

I absolutely recommend the toothbrush. The app though is a bit of work and does not make the toothbrushing experiencing more enjoyable, it makes it feel like more of a chore. I am not sure an app is necessary for this. You have to always have your phone on you when brushing your teeth, making sure the bluetooth is connected to the toothbrush.

I'm sure I am the only one that misses a brush here and there but this keeps me on track and reminds me that it only takes 2 minutes to brush. The app is really great and simple. It's extremely easy to setup with the app. It's an overall great toothbrush on it's own but the app makes it 20 times better. You are reminded how long you should be brushing your teeth by the timer. It tells you how long you should be brushing and gives you rewards points each time you follow the apps recommendations. The tooth brush is well made and is a far better cleaner then your typical manual toothbrush. This toothbrush will last you a great amount of time vs buying one every single month. It comes with a beautful case to keep it clean, and it's so afforable compared to other brands. My teeth are whiter, cleaner, and feel better each day I use it! I highly reccomend everything about this toothbrush!
