To enjoy your savings with River Island promo codes, follow the steps below:

1. Copy your favourite River Island discount code.

2. Visit the website and add your items to the virtual basket.

3. Identify the promotional box when you get to the checkout page and paste your River Island voucher code.

4. Apply the code, and your savings will appear with the price total before you complete the purchase.

If your code isn’t working:

• Ensure that your voucher is applicable to both new and existing customers.

• Delete it, then copy and paste it again. Often, errors in the code prevent a voucher from functioning properly.

Returns policy

1. Notify River Island of your online purchase return within 14 days (28 days for in-store buys) or the window expires.

2. Ensure returns are in original packaging with hygiene strips intact (on swimwear, etc.), unworn, clean, and tagged.

3. Exclusions: hygiene items, face coverings and underwear.

4. Proof of purchase via dispatch email or receipt is required.

5. Visit the returns portal, use the label for postage, or return to a store.

6. Free UK returns via parcel collection or Collect+ services.

River Island NHS discount

To say thank you to key workers, River Island offers 15% off with a Blue Light account for NHS and emergency service personnel.
